Recently, I needed urgent support when my laptop was dropped and the screen cracked. I contacted Andrew from the company and he made a note of the make and model of the laptop, called me back within 20 minutes with the best quote I had received and also advised if he ordered the screen right away the company could deliver the very next day. Andrew collected my laptop the same night and returned it the following day after fitting the new screen. Excellent value for money and a great customer service by far.
