Let AJR know you have purchased a single remote support session, We will need your name and telephone number so we can confirm we have received your payment. Once confirmed please describe to AJR the issues you are experiencing and what you would like us to look at.
Step 3 - Connect & Fix
We will direct you to use one of the remote access tool on this page to enter a code. This will then allow us to connect to your computer and fix the problem.
