Thanks to Andrew and a couple of days without my laptop, I now have a speedy, fully operational piece of kit. Might sound silly but I only use it for internet banking and my ipod music but I felt lost without it and Andrew fixed it and made it better than before! He fully explained what he needed to do to the machine, charged me exactly what he had told me and loaded the machine up before he left it with me to demonstrate it worked. Also delivered it back to my door quite late on a Friday night when it should have been his weekend! Will definitely use his services again
